A student (Claire) from Swathmore Academy.
Swathmore Academy is a private school and is very rich and elegant. All their students wear uniforms. Teddy is their Headmaster. The Academy seems to have a strong rivalry against Seaford High. The kids there are described with "perfect hair and perfect skin and perfect teeth," and they have a certain way of talking and laughing.
They are your stereotypical rich, snotty school, and they seem to think that average people (from Seaford High) are beneath them. The school is probably located in Seaford due to the fact that almost every year a girl from Swathmore Academy wins the Pearl of Seaford Pageant. The headmaster stole the Seaford High flag a long time ago but it was returned in Capture the Flag.
